What You Can Expect
Our shop offers shuttle transportation to and from the shop to your home or place of work anywhere within Santa Clarita Valley (from Agua Dulce to Castaic). We can also arrange a car rental for you. Should you decide to wait for your vehicle, we have an HD TV with cable, free soft drinks and wifi. We keep our waiting area clean, neat, and air conditioned. You will find it comfortable.
As your repair progresses, we like to keep our customers informed concerning progress. We welcome you to contact your technician anytime during business hours. If you would like, we can send you updates via text messaging.
Just in Case
It is possible that during a repair, we may find more extensive problems than initially expected. Should this occu, we will be sensitive to your financial concerns and work with you the best we can to provide you options that are comfortable for you.
Maintenance Tip: Transmissions
Your transmission should last at least 150,000 miles. Te best ensure this, have the transmission fluid flushed at 75,000 to 80,000 miles and again between 130,000 and 150,000.
